Liability Insurance

Public and product liability: covers your liability for accidental injury to members of the public or damage to third party property. The standard indemnity limit of £2m can be increased to £5m if required.

Employers’ liability: required by law if you employ staff or use freelancers and volunteers. It covers your liability for death, disease or injury to these people.

Errors and omissions: sometimes called ‘professional indemnity’ this covers you against breaches of duty of care, confidentiality or moral rights, defamatory statements and infringement of intellectual property rights.
